Errāre Coffee Co. Return & Refund Policy

At Errāre Coffee Co., we take immense pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our small-batch roasts. Because coffee is a perishable food item, we have established the following policy to ensure safety and quality standards for all our customers.

1. Perishable Goods Policy

No Returns on Coffee: We do not accept returns on roasted coffee beans. Once a food product leaves our facility, we cannot accept it back for resale or refund due to health and safety regulations.

Taste Preference: While we strive for excellence in every roast, we do not offer refunds or exchanges based on personal taste preferences (e.g., "I realized I prefer dark roasts over light roasts"). We encourage you to read our detailed flavor profiles before purchasing.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If there is a mechanical or logistical error on our part, we will make it right.

Shipping Damage: If your order arrives damaged (e.g., a punctured bag), please take a photo of the packaging and the product and contact us at errarecoffeeco@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.

Incorrect Item: If we accidentally sent you the wrong roast (e.g., you ordered Ridge Reaper but received First Cast), do not open the bag. Contact us immediately, and we will ship the correct item at no additional cost to you.

3. Non-Coffee Merchandise (If applicable)

• For non-perishable items (apparel, mugs, brewing equipment), returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase, provided the items are unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition. A 10% restocking fee is applied

• Return shipping costs for non-damaged merchandise are the responsibility of the customer.

4. How to Request Assistance

If you have an issue with your order, please reach out to us with your order number and a brief description of the problem. We are "Wrench Turners" at heart—we believe in fixing problems and ensuring our community is taken care of.
