Errāre Coffee Co. Shipping Policy

Because we focus on small-batch quality and fresh roasting, we partner with specialized fulfillment experts to ensure your coffee is roasted-to-order and delivered directly to your door.

1. Freshness First (Processing Times)

• Roasted to Order: We don't keep stale bags sitting on shelves. When you place an order, your coffee is scheduled for roasting.

• Fulfillment Window: Please allow 3–5 business days for your coffee to be roasted, packaged, and prepared for shipment.

• Business Days: Our fulfillment partners operate Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the following business day.

2. Shipping Rates & Methods

• Economy Shipping: To keep your costs low, we utilize Economy Shipping for all orders.

• Carrier: Orders are typically shipped via USPS, UPS, or DHL depending on your location and the most efficient route available.

• Delivery Timeline: Once shipped, Economy transit typically takes 5–8 business days within the contiguous United States.

3. Tracking Your Order

• Once your coffee has been roasted and handed off to the carrier, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

• Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update once the label has been created.

4. Shipping Scope

• Currently, we ship to all 50 U.S. states.

• At this time, we do not offer international shipping or expedited/overnight shipping options.

5. Address Accuracy

• Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. Because our system is automated with our roaster, we cannot always intercept or change an address once the roasting process has begun.

• Errāre Coffee Co. is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly provided address.

6. Lost or Missing Packages

• If your tracking says "Delivered" but you haven't received your coffee, please check with your neighbors or local post office first.

• If a package is confirmed lost by the carrier, contact us at errarecoffeeco@gmail.com and we will work with our fulfillment partner to investigate and find a solution.
